DAY 1 MONDAY - RIO DE JANEIRO

Arrival in Rio de Janeiro, meet and greet and join-in transfer to the hotel with driver-guide (Spanish & English). Overnight in Rio de Janeiro.

DAY 2 TUESDAY - RIO DE JANEIRO

HALF DAY SUGAR LOAF & PANORAMIC CITY TOUR (4 hours aprox.) – Shared service basis with driver and bilingual guide (Spanish & English):
Passengers will be picked-up from their hotel between 8:00am and 9:00am, depending on the hotel location, proceeding for a half-day tour and panoramic tour of downtown and stopping at the Metropolitan Cathedral, which was built in a pyramidal form with an internal diameter of 96 meters, and a height of 80 meters. Walk through the Aterro do Flamengo and arrive to the neighborhood of Urca where one of the largest symbols of the city is located: Sugar Loaf. You will travel all the way to the top in two stages by cable car. The first cable car takes us to Urca Hill, a vantage point 215 meters high with beautiful views of Guanabara Bay and its islands, the Rio-Niterói Bridge and Corcovado Mountain. From this stage, a second cable car takes us up to the top. At 395 meters we will enjoy splendid views of Copacabana beach, the Santa Cruz fortress and several beaches of Niterói. After riding the Cable car back down, return to the hotel.

Ginga Tropical show – A multicultural Brazilian show that gathers on stage various cultures of our Tropical Country.A show that combines diversity and culture: The “Ziriguidum”, the Northeast, the Amazon and the Pampas with its Folklore. DAY 3 WEDNESDAY - RIO DE JANEIRO

Breakfast at the hotel. Day at leisure to discover this beautiful city including the wonderful beaches of Rio de Janeiro. Overnight in Rio de Janeiro. (B)

OPTIONAL TOURS IN RIO DE JANEIRO AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PURCHASE:

HALF DAY BARRA DE TIJUCA & PANORAMIC OF OLIMPIC PARK (approx. 6 hours) – Private service with English speaking guide (minimum of 2 passengers):
The tour offers guests a better idea of the geography and topography of the city with its marvelous landscape – the city built between the sea and the mountains! Drive along a scenic road with beach views, at São Conrado beach. Continue to the Barra da Tijuca Beach – Rio’s longest beach, stretching over 18km, then finally a panoramic view of the Olympic park – the heart of the Rio 2016 Games.

HALF DAY CORCOVADO – (approx. 4 hours) – Shared service basis with bilingual guide (minimum 2 of passengers):
Passengers will be picked-up from their hotel between 8:00am and 9:00am, depending on the hotel location, proceeding for a half-day tour of Corcovado Mountain and Beaches. Board a cog train from Cosme Velho Station for a ride to Corcovado Mountain to visit one of the world’s most famous landmarks, the gigantic statue of Christ the Redeemer.

DAY 4 THURSDAY - RIO DE JANEIRO TO FOZ DO IGUASSU

Buffet breakfast. At proper time, transfer from the hotel to the airport (join-in transfer with bilingual guide Spanish & English). Flight to Foz do Ignassu not included. Arrival in Iguassu, meet and greet and transfer to the hotel.

HALF DAY BRAZILIAN SIDE OF THE FALLS – Shared service basis with bilingual guide (Spanish & English):
Departure in vehicle heading to the National Park of the Brazilian Falls (entrance fee included). The tour starts with a visit to the Main Center of the park, where you will have the opportunity to get some hints about the local ecosystem. From there hike along the most important trail of the park where the you can enjoy an astonishing view of the waterfalls. From the local belvedere you will have a privileged sight of the both parks of the waterfalls. Return to the main point via the panoramic elevator.

OPTIONAL TOUR IN IGUASSU AVAILABLE FOR LOCAL PURCHASE:VISIT THE BIRD PARK (Extension of Brazilian side Falls; minimum of 2 passengers):
Located at the entrance of the National Park Bird Park is an ecological sanctuary, linking ecotourism with conservation. Huge nurseries provide a basic understanding of some 900 birds, 150 species. Brazilian birds predominate, but there are species from Australia, Africa and Asia represented. It also develops a recognized work of education, research and Environmental conservation. Other attractions include a butterfly nursery with approximately 25 species of reptiles, where you can see snakes and alligators from just a few meters away.

DAY 5 FRIDAY - FOZ DO IGUASSU / IGUAZU (ARGENTINIAN SIDE)

HALF DAY ARGENTINEAN SIDE OF THE FALLS – (approx. 5 hours) – Shared service basis with bilingual guide (Spanish & English):
Transfer ahead to Argentina side with a quick stop at customs checks. After that, the tour continues to the Tancredo Neves Bridge over the Iguassu River, which separates the border between Argentina and Brazil. Once in Argentina, take a scenic highway up to the Argentine Iguassu Park (entrance fee included) where you will have a spectacular view of the Argentinean Falls, with access to the very brink of the awe-inspiring Devil’s Throat, largest of the Argentinean Falls, including the San Martin Falls. On the way back from the falls a stop at the “Three Borders” Brazil, Argentina and Paraguay meet.Visit the upper circuit and the Devil´s Throat.

OPTIONAL WITH EXTRA COST:THE BIG ADVENTURE TOUR (Argentinean side) – Shared service: Boat (minimum 2 of passengers):
The tour combines rainforest and waterfalls. We will drive trucks into the vast wild vegetation joined by experienced guides. We will get off at the pier and board a boat to sail the Iguazú Inferior river canyon, rafting the river rapids to appreciate falls from the San Martín island peaceful backwater. Then we will visit the Tres Mosqueteros (Three Musketeers) falls, and Garganta del Diablo (Devil’s Throat) will crown the tour. Sailing the coast of the island, we will get to the next exciting point: the San Martín falls, the greatest a boat can approach.

This is the perfect tour to discover the charm of Argentina’s capital, from the chic districts of Recoleta and Palermo, to historic Plaza de Mayo, and architectural icons such as the Colon opera house, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the palace of Congress. The program finishes in old town San Telmo, home of the city’s aristocracy until the late 19th century; Caminito street, in La Boca, the colorful shelter for Italian immigrants by the Riachuelo, and the young thriving restaurant scene at the Puerto Madero waterfront.
